Prices may vary if project specifications change after the initial quote. Quotes may also be subject to expiration if not accepted within a reasonable time period.
By submitting artwork, logos, designs, brand names, text, or other creative assets, you confirm that you have the legal right to use, reproduce, and authorize production of those materials. BagnBoxes is not responsible for verifying ownership or intellectual property rights of customer-submitted content. Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from unauthorized use of submitted materials.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, mockups, dielines, and design previews before approving production. Once approval is given, BagnBoxes is not responsible for errors including spelling, grammar, layout, dimensions, color choices, or artwork issues that were present in the approved file.
Due to differences in screen displays, print processes, material surfaces, ink absorption, and finishing techniques, slight color variations may occur between digital previews and final printed packaging. Such variations are considered normal within commercial printing tolerances and do not qualify as defects.
Estimated turnaround and shipping times are provided as general guidelines and may vary depending on order complexity, proof approval, production workload, material availability, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances shall not be considered a breach of service.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery timing and transit handling may fall partly on the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. BagnBoxes is not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Orders may require partial or full payment before production begins, depending on the nature of the project. Payment terms, where applicable, will be communicated during the ordering process. Failure to complete payment may result in delays, order suspension, or cancellation.
Because custom packaging production often begins shortly after approval, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once the project has entered design, proofing, or manufacturing stages. If modifications are requested after approval, additional charges or delays may apply.

Any concerns regarding defects, damage, or order discrepancies must be reported within a reasonable period after delivery.
